Neros has received a $450M conditional loan commitment from the Office of Strategic Capital under the @deptofwar, and is adding $165M in Neros equity to accelerate vertically integrated drone production and in-house component manufacturing. This combined $615M project will be used to scale America's drone industrial base.

U.S. Marines with the Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center conducted exercises with Republic of Korea Marines to demonstrate the capabilities of the Neros Archer through simulated urban combat environments.

Joint exercises like these ensure allied forces know how to integrate our drones across every domain of military operations.

Earlier this week, we announced a $450M conditional loan commitment from the Office of Strategic Capital. Those dollars would accelerate vertically integrated manufacturing of multiple drone platforms and the critical components that go into them.

To get to this point, we’ve had to prove our drones were highly performant, and could be produced at scale.

Fast forward to today: a 250k sq ft factory in Torrance, over $126M awarded for our performance in the Drone Dominance gauntlets, a $500M IDIQ with the US Army, and contracts with the Marine Corps, every component of SOCOM, and half a dozen allied countries.
