# SESAME #electrosurgery #CardioTwitter Aalborg structural heart, pushing boundaries again. 74 year old patient with severe mitral stenosis and severe MAC. Turned down for LAMPOON Valve in MAC due to an extremely tight neoLVOT even with LAMPOON under 150mm2.

@KLM your operations via schipol are a joke. I'm a freq traveller. 2025 62% of my trips missed connections or just cancelled. In 2026 4 flights 100%. 4cm of snow last week. Christmas, easter, summer holidays, snow in the winter, they come every year you know. Pathetic
