Ron Dugans

Good morning mama. No more pain and suffering. You are Cancer free. Cancer took your body but not your soul. You are not was, a strong woman mama. You got right with the Lord so I know you’re in a better place. Glad we came home. 🙏🏾#Loveyou #Mama #KatStrong #Noleblooded

Lord I know your timing may test my patience, but I know your plan will never fail me. Thank you for carrying me through another week I barely talked about. Thank you for the strength to keep going when life felt heavy. I made it to Gameday by grace, not luck... and for that, I’m deeply grateful. #Morningwalk#Gameday #Grace #Grateful#Stillblessed

So today I’m at a restaurant standing in line waiting to order food. A young lady in front of me turns and says, aren’t you Ronshay Dugans father? I said yes I am. What she said next has completely messed me up!!! She said, That was supposed to be me. I asked the young lady to repeat herself. She said I was supposed to be Ronshay. She said I was acting bad on the bus and they made me and Ronshay switch seats!!! Lord I can’t!!! LORD…. My niece walked a few minutes later and could see the pain on my face and just started hugging me!! #strength 🙏🏾 #Daughter 😢

I’m up, I’m blessed and highly favored. Lord thank you! I don’t care how good your life is and how strong you think you are.
Life will remind you that you still need God. Lord I thank you, please continue to cover me. I pray for my guys, this team, coaches, our head coach and the community of Tallahassee!! Let’s get it!!! Go time!! #Morningwalk#Gameday #Grace #Grateful#Stillblessed

Lord, I thank You for all You’ve done for me. Most importantly, thank You for taking me from a boy and molding me into the man I am today, so I can turn around and help do the same for these young men.
Thank You for filling my cup so I can pour into theirs. 🙏🏾 It’s bigger than football. It’s about faith, growth, leadership, and helping young men become the best versions of themselves. I thank You for continuing to guide my steps and allowing me to walk in my purpose. Amen #Morningwalk #Gameday #Grace #Grateful
