i am joining morph as employee #1
the one-man inference provider is no more
$7M run rate adding over $1M every week

i previously founded a yc company, raised $3.5M, & led engineering at an a16z backed series B startup

morph is going to be the first 10-person, $10b co. we are going to make a dent in how the world consumes intelligence

i believe inference is a $100T market. if you do as well and are top 0.0001% at what you do, dm me

the one-man inference provider
i hit a $6m run rate as a solo dev
morph was 1 person until last week

the first inference provider to be live with kimi k3 without early weights access
250 customer slack connect channels
i could've made morph a 1-person $1b company, but it would've been for the Ego instead of whats optimal

we are no longer a 1-person company.
but we will be the first 10-person $10b company.
everyone joining has had multiple offers from frontier labs
if you’re top 0.0001% at having adhd, dm me

so we've now built a few datacenters @morphllm. would you guys want to read a "datacenter construction 101" article?

will include some pablo escobar-esque strategies for keeping the local community happy along with construction/planning details.

northflank hacked this week. all environment variables were stolen.

railway, tidb last week. opencode the week before.

i can't recommend doing a scan enough. adding an abliterated model to opencode & saying "hack me" isn't enough.

We built the vuln scanner we wanted to use but couldn't find.

Introducing Vuln Scans in Detail!

It uses the same abliterated models attackers are using to create havoc across the internet right now.

Under the hood we are:
- Spinning up your dev environment in a sandbox
- Throwing an enormous amount of abliterated model tokens at trying to hack your code
- Cross-checking your supply chain with cve/.now from Sazabi, to find any supply chain vulns that are exploitable in your app

This is all happening within a cloud dev environment. We will not hack your prod system.

The abliterated models are scary good. We're finding nasty issues in every repo we scan. We've found 13k vulns so far, and the majority are already fixed.

We see the current moment as an all-hands-on-deck situation. Agent swarms are stringing together minor-seeming vulns across different apps to hack systems in new and unexpected ways. We all need to find and patch an enormous number of vulns, fast, or the internet is in trouble.

You don't even have to be a target to get hacked right now. Your entire product might be a stepping stone in an attack aimed somewhere else.

We can remediate findings for you (i.e. send you PRs that fix the vulns), or you can consume them via your agent of choice, or in your ticket tracker of choice.

If you need help or advice on getting your system secure fast, please get in touch. We have helped teams of all sizes adapt to the current moment. DM me.

We're delivering these scans at-cost, because it's all-hands-on-deck. We hope you'll get one today.

after watching decision model usage go exponential, we kept asking ourselves: why don't they have cached pricing?

today, we're changing that & launching reflex, the first decision model to offer cached token pricing.

• 10-20x cheaper than Jev
• similar intelligence to other leading decision models
• same API surface & patterns

i think this is going to be the tipping point that makes small specialized models for classification tasks obsolete.

the pricing & speed of decision models begin to make sense once caching is in play.

Introducing Reflex, a 27B decision model based on Qwen 3.5. It's the first decision model with cached pricing.

Available now on our Model APIs and @OpenRouter.

It's rare that you only want to ask one question about a piece of information. Say you're handling support tickets. For each ticket, you'll want to answer several questions:

- which department?
- is it urgent?
- is the customer angry?
- are they asking for a refund?
- is this spam?

With cached pricing, you only pay the premium once. $0.042/M input on the first request, then $0.008/M for however many requests follow.

Try it here: morphllm.com/products/reflex
