@PMcardioApp Queen of Hearts AI ECG Model had 92.4% sensitivity w AUC of 0.97 for TIMI-0/1 flow at time of angiogram, vs. 53.6% for STEMI criteria and 58.5% for standard of care (SOC to achieve door to balloon time of <120). Without it, patients do not get there fast enough.

Presented the first findings of our AI-ECG TIMI study at #TCT2026!

Unlike previous ACS studies, we prospectively recorded ECGs at the moment of angiography, directly comparing AI predictions with culprit vessel TIMI flow in 700 patients.
