This is the kind of feedback you’ll get if you overdeliver.

Even more now when we can deliver really good artifacts based on our designs.

They'll help our clients a lot with the brand implementation.

X the weekend

Facebook / Meta has one of the worst customer services.

Got my account banned a while ago, and I don’t even know why.

Tried creating a new account and appealing the ban / contacting support, because Facebook is quite useful in Southeast Asia.

Got banned instantly again, and was never able to recover my account.

Not trying anymore. I’ll just stick to X and LinkedIn lol

My first client paid $499.
My latest one paid €1,899 = $2150.

Less than 2 months apart.

What changed:
- I improved my process.
- I got more confident.
- I got proof that I could do the work.

There’s no shame in starting with low prices if you have a strategy behind it.

past, present, future.

always nice to reflect on where you’re coming from and where you’re heading.
