Respondent moves to stay the delinquent-dues proceeding pending review by a capable tribunal, on the ground that the Commissioner is the payee, the plaintiff, and the judge. In the alternative, Respondent notes the dues will be sent sent to the wallet address the Commissioner posted as a screenshot in a timely manner, and finality is not Respondent’s problem.
