Everyone loves telling you you’re “more than an athlete.”

Until you stop producing like one, see if they treat you the same..

What they preach and what they reward are two different things.

Keep the main thing the main thing..

You think the guy who OWNS the team gives his lawyers a percentage of every deal they negotiate?

Nah.

Same negotiating table.
One side pays for expertise.
The other gives up a percentage.

Think about that.

Do you know how hard it is to earn the trust of a coach making $500K+ with his livelihood on the line?

Yeah, you don’t.

That’s why I don’t sell relationships or promise exposure.

My network is built on the credibility of my WORD.

Gamble with your word. Not mine.

Uncommon truth:

Sports is NOT a relationship business.

It’s a VALUE business.

Be careful of anyone selling you who they know … instead of what they can do.

At some point, it becomes the player’s fault...

But were they ever equipped to succeed?

Getting an opportunity isn’t the same as being prepared for it.

Set them up for success. Not the illusion of it.
