@thinkwithmark UX ideas: swipe left/right to navigate quote cards within same book; voice memos linked directly to a different quote instead of converting to new note first (two clicks + navigate to note + search for “right” quote); edit voice memos directly w/o convertingView quoted post on X
I just received my Mark II highlighter/bookmark/voice recorder.View quoted post on X
It will work on screens but I mainly bought it for highlighting physical books.
Within a few minutes, I was able to register a physical book and save a highlight from the first page.
@thinkwithmark nice work!
Quick update. At first it was a little frustrating because it wasn't capturing the notes the way I wanted. After watching the tutorial in the app, I kind of got a better hang of how to actually use the highlighter and capture notes, and then do voice recordings.View quoted post on X
Already having a blast. I think what's great about this is that there are many books that I'll read and highlight and I never revisit. This is a great way for me to not only revisit and review books and the highlights but then have some technology to help me organize all those insights, including my handwriting
You could feel the tension in the room between these two from the moment the box opened.View quoted post on X
I can’t think of a better book to take @thinkwithmark’s virginity 😏
