Senate GOP rules contemplate leadership elections occurring between January 3rd & January 10th.

They’ve often been held earlier than that, but perhaps Senate Republicans should assess leadership candidates based on how they lead the conference over the next few weeks while we still have the majority—especially while the full membership of the next conference is still being determined.

Every time the power goes off I light some mood candles slather on some seduce juice ( Brut circa 1974) and sing a little Barry White. I start to smooch on Kelly and the power comes back on and the alarm goes off. Now we’re both craving Mexican and will be asleep by 9:00.
