@GE_Appliances my cafe grind and brew (four months old) quit working last week. I’ve been on the phone 3 times with the help desk and was told I would get an email within 48 hours last Wednesday. Still no email. This is unacceptable. Can you help?
@comcastbusiness my service has been out since 2pm and I’m still getting texts that my service will be restored at 5:06pm aka 2.5 hours ago. What gives? This is unforgivable.
