Nearly 20 years ago, we demonstrated an innovate bottom-up approach to creating Gate-All-Around (GAA) transistor architectures in next-generation devices. This month, Apple announced the iPhone 18, with an integrated TSMC’s 2nm GAAFET A20 chip!
