TENACITY is the ability to remain firmly committed to your purpose while remaining flexible in your approach.

STUBBORNNESS is the tendency to remain firmly committed to your approach, regardless of its effectiveness.

The difference is mindset.

Tenacity reflects a growth mindset. It embraces feedback, learns from failure, and adapts without abandoning its purpose.

Stubbornness reflects a fixed mindset. It resists feedback, defends existing assumptions, and confuses changing course with giving up.

Tenacity requires the courage to persevere and the humility to adapt.

Thankful for this ongoing conversation with @ICP_Project!
