Our schools team visited Chivenor Primary School for a healthy body and healthy mind workshop as part of National Stress Awareness Day 💙

The children explored what it means to stay healthy, the benefits of being active and how to better understand their own feelings and emotions.

They also got involved in some active games before taking on our Weekly Activity Tracker challenge, recording the physical activity they do each day.
