On 23 May, YouTube terminated my Brawl Stars channel BrawlRare (36K+ subs) for "Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams".

5 months, 10+ appeals, even to the Government of India's GAC. Only template replies.

@TeamYouTube, what did I do wrong? If nothing, give my channel back.

I've made Brawl Stars videos since 2018, using only my own gameplay. I joined Supercell's invite-only Creator Program in 2019 and became a Super Creator, its highest tier, in 2021.

In all those years: zero strikes, zero warnings. I read YouTube's rules and followed them carefully. This channel was my full-time job.

If someone senior from the YouTube team gets to read this post: please read my facts, and give justification to my YouTube career, if I operated my channel in good faith.

@TeamYouTube @reneritchie

It's really disappointing that the decision of the reviewer is final, and their one wrong observation can end years of hard work of a genuine creator who operated following all platform guidelines. And the dilemma is, the creator was never told the exact reason what violated the policy. I believe nothing much is required to share it, since the reviewer who set the channel for termination already has something in their notes. So why does the team hide it and throw a generic, vague policy link? And there is no real process to challenge the reviewer's decision.

The only thing I ever promoted on my channel was the official Supercell Store ( store.supercell.com ) offers or events of Supercell games, which many creators do who create content around Supercell games. I suspect moderation flagged my channel for promoting the store. Could there be a chance the reviewer who reviewed my channel didn't know about @supercell and considered the official Supercell website a scam website? Because in my legal appeal to the Government of India's GAC, Google mentioned the channel is "dedicated to directing users to external sites hosting prohibited material". And since the only thing I ever promoted was official Supercell offers, it's safe for me to assume the reviewer flagged the Supercell Store, which I believe is wrong.

All support channel communication ends at that wrong reviewer decision, and there is no real way to challenge it. Support simply denies it. I believe it is a mistaken decision by the reviewer. If a senior member reopens my case and asks the reviewer to verify it considering these facts, and finds them true, I request you to reinstate my channel back, so that I can continue my passion of creating content for Supercell games.

YouTube can ignore one creator. Not a whole community.

If I followed the rules, restore my channel.

I believe my channel was flagged by mistake. I explained this in every appeal for 5 months, and every time I got a copy-paste reply. Nobody checked. Today's reply proved it again. They just repeated the first verdict from May. I just need one real person to look at my case.
