Ryan O’Shea, 21, a University of New Haven student, was killed Oct. 16 in a head-on crash in North Haven, Connecticut, when a truck traveling the wrong way struck his vehicle.
The driver was Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a 31-year-old Mexican illegal alien. He should never have been in the United States in the first place, let alone behind the wheel.
His family joins the many American families who have been left with unimaginable loss. Loss that was preventable.
