1/ What a week at #TCT2026. Grateful to CRF, Dr. Martin Leon and Dr. Juan Granada for making room for EP with a dedicated structural EP track. Our two worlds belong at the same table. #EPeeps

2/ LBCTs: VERITAS and SIMPLAAFY. Honored to serve as National PI and on the Steering Committee, and proud of @ARG as a top enrolling site. Community sites can lead pivotal science.

3/ Live Case Theater 19: our first-in-human WATCHMAN Elite and Amulet 360 cases from St. Bernards. Both are investigational and pending FDA approval.

4/ Next-gen 4D ICE (ACUNAV Luxera): early feasibility and FIH experience for LAAC ± concomitant PFA, a right-atrial-only Case-in-a-Box, and hands-on training. Imaging-first LAAC is here.

5/ Best part: old friends from across the Atlantic and from India, including med school classmates. Decades later, still at the same table. 🙏 #CardioTwitter
