I made the trip to Alabama today to get a motor preference evaluation from Coach Matt, Coach Nick, & @MotorPreference! I’ve learned a lot about this over the past few weeks and thought knowing how my body naturally wants to move may help “unlock” some things or at least make me more aware! Great reps today!
