Richie is sleeping rough across the UK to raise £1 million for @STEPSTOHOPEsc

Having experienced addiction and homelessness himself, he’s now dedicating his life to helping others access recovery.

The money raised will help create five more bedrooms at Hope House, giving more people the chance to get the support they need.

CW: Eating disorders

After battling anorexia as a teenager, Sarah has marked a decade in recovery by trekking the Great Wall of China for eating disorder charity @beatED

She spent her 15th, 16th, and 17th birthdays in hospital and completed her GCSEs there. She said her outlook on life changed after a friend died from anorexia.

Now a doctor herself, Sarah says: “Everyone deserves that chance at recovery and everyone deserves to be happy.”
