Eight talks, a debate on first-line ES-SCLC and a panel on patient cases from the audience: ctDNA, targeted therapy, ADCs, early-stage IO and TCEs in SCLC, in one day.

That is the International Lung Cancer Summit (ILCS) 2026, chaired by Solange Peters (@peters_solange) and Alfredo Addeo (@Alfdoc2), in Lausanne on Friday 13 November and live online. At the International Lung Cancer Summit (ILCS), experts talk through what each of them actually does for a given patient, and why, in front of an international audience that sees where practice differs and how much is shared.

Hossein Borghaei (@HosseinBorghaei, @FoxChaseCancer) calls ILCS “definitely one of those” meetings where the interaction goes beyond the slides. We filmed him at the @etop_ibcsg workshop in Zurich.

ILCS 2026 is on 13 November at the CHUV in Lausanne, with 10 CME credits.

Martin Reck (@MartinReck2) presented MDT-BRIDGE at ESMO 2026, where 3 in 4 patients with resectable or borderline resectable NSCLC reached resection after neoadjuvant durvalumab plus chemotherapy. Among the authors are our faculty members Nicolas Girard (@nicogirardcurie) and Andrea Filippi (@AndrearicFili).

A DLL3-targeted TCE has improved overall survival over chemotherapy after first-line treatment in SCLC, and ADCs against new targets are in trials.
