DLL3-targeted TCEs and ADCs have opened new questions in SCLC: whom to treat, in what order, and how to manage a different kind of toxicity.

Solange Peters @peters_solange, Martin Reck @MartinReck2, Giannis Mountzios @g_mountzios and Noemí Reguart @NReguart will work through them at ESMO 2026 in Madrid on Sunday 25 October, 13:00 to 14:30. Join us in the Salamanca Auditorium, Hall 10, for 2 CME credits. We would love to see you there, so save the slot before your Sunday fills up 🙂

OA04.02Neoadjuvant Durvalumab + Chemotherapy for Resectable/Borderline Resectable Stage IIB-IIIB NSCLC: MDT-BRIDGE Primary Analysis

Neoadjuvant Durvalumab + Chemotherapy for Resectable/Borderline Resectable Stage IIB–IIIB NSCLC: MDT-BRIDGE Primary Analysis

🫁 Phase II global trial: 2 cycles neoadjuvant durvalumab + chemotherapy, then MDT reassessment routed patients to surgery or chemoradiotherapy, followed by durvalumab. Primary endpoint resection rate.

➡️ Resection rate 74.6% (95% CI 66.7–81.6); R0 96.2%
➡️ 92.3% received surgery or CRT; 82.4% went on to adjuvant or consolidation durvalumab
➡️ Resectable at reassessment: pCR 27.3%, 12-month EFS 90.1%; unresectable: 12-month PFS 75.1%
✅ Close MDT follow-up let most patients reach curative-intent treatment, with safety consistent with prior studies.
