Formulating and manufacturing whole-food based protein bars is one of my favorite things in life - I helped create the shelf-stable whole food protein bar category.
This is one of the two new Cleanform Nutrition Nulla Gourmet flavors that just launched - Peanut Butter Cup and Fudge Brownie.
Just like real food. Mixed in an industrial mixer with precise timing, formed placed on a belt, packaged and into your pantry.
