Companies want to hire more, not less. The bar moved: AI-proficient, or not.

WHOA!!! Stop whatever you are doing — and read this very carefully. This is NOT just another tech announcement. All these tech companies swear that somehow, some way, their inventions are going to help the disadvantaged.

But until now: too many of these conversations amount to some kind of weird “trickle down” techno-optimism — lacking any real strategy, capable partners or serious resources.

That just changed.
(1) @codepath is the most formidable tech player in the computer science education space.
(2) CODEPATH CEO @MichaelwEllison is a once-in-generation tech leader— deeply committed to uplifting communities that have been left out.
(3) And Anthropic has become the world’s leading AI firm.

Combining these three elements is a huge deal. In the tech world, it is the most promising new signal that something VERY good could happen for the overlooked and underestimated.
