Great points @AmandaNizamMD Lenvatinib seems to provide much of the benefit. Belzutifan alone produces durable responses in a minority. Unclear to me why we should give up tolerability of belzutifan and mTORi as a MOA for ccRCC

LITESPARK-011 showed improved PFS with len + bel vs cabo in the mRCC post-ICI setting. No OS benefit yet.

Prof. Bernard Escudier with an important question: how much of the benefit is due to len itself vs addition of bel?

Similarly, we saw improvement in PFS with post-ICI len + ev vs cabo in the multicenter Ph 2 LenCabo trial from @OncHahn presented at ESMO 2025.

Sequencing in mRCC will shift as the adjuvant RCC space evolves. Congratulations to @DrDanielHeng!

Thrilled to share updated results from JNJ-6143, the AR-BRD4 RIPTAC therapy, presented by @BGarmezy. Totally novel MOA was well tolerated, oral pill and produced significant benefit for pts (PSA90 50%, ORR 68%). P2 trial active now and more coming. Lots of potential!
