A warm welcome to Commonwealth leaders gathered in Antigua and Barbuda for the official opening of #CHOGM2026

His Majesty King Charles III, Head of the Commonwealth, joined our host, Prime Minister Gaston Browne of Antigua and Barbuda and Samoa’s Deputy Prime Minister, Hon. Mulipola Anarosa Ale Molioʻo, representing the outgoing Chair-in-Office.

Together, we begin a new chapter of partnership, investment and collective action to build a prosperous future for our 2.7 billion people.
