I think @AnthropicAI is a great example of how a company can use UX to becoming the winning choice (it's desktop top app allowed it to outcompete everyone). But whoa... that lead is lost. The Desktop app is now a hot confusing mess of:
- what is on what computer versus what is the cloud... and nothing can act unless it is in the right place
- endless pile or projects that are becoming harder and harder to navigate
- and endless stream of approvals for any test (unless one goes auto... and even then... sometimes still and endless stream
- more notifications than one can know how to deal with!
- And Duet! So much hope... but it can't work with any projects I've set up so... sad trombone.
