Have enjoyed watching Zatkowski's growth over his two years of college ball. Was there for his breakout start as a freshman for Duke against NC State, has only continued to evolve as a pitcher. 144 career innings under his belt w/ 154-37 K-BB & 4.68 ERA.

Henry Zatkowski gives @UVABaseball an established ace to build around.

The junior southpaw posted a 4.07 ERA with 61 strikeouts and just 12 walks over 55 ACC innings last season. Overall, he held opponents to a .237 batting average, and his strikeout rate climbed to 26.5%.

Much more balanced roster in Chris Pollard's second year at the helm. Lot of interesting pieces to work with.

Had a crisp 25-4 K-BB as a redshirt freshman over 28 innings last spring (w/ .219 opp BA). I'd imagine he's set for a significant jump in workload in the spring.

A good look at JR RHP Dimitri Angelakos for @GTBaseball tonight.

Sturdy, strong build w/ clean arm action. 93-95 w/ sink, above avg CH and deep breaker at 77 79.

Struck out side in 1st and pitched to contact in 2nd for 2 scoreless. 6 ⬇️ 6 ⬇️.

Saw Boston College twice this fall and came away really impressed with the overall talent level. Certainly doesn't feel like last year was a flash in the pan, Eagles have found their footing under Todd Interdonato.

What's next for @BCBirdBall after its breakout 2026 campaign?

The Eagles surprised plenty of people with a fourth-place finish in the ACC. With a strong nucleus returning and plenty of intriguing arms and bats joining the mix, BC has reason to believe it can keep climbing.

Link Jarrett told our @marketheridge about Veras that "this is more impact, freshman-wise, than I’ve ever seen ball off the bat. Different than Cam Smith, different than Myles Bailey." Absolute bomb here in the Garnet & Gold game.
