An excitable timer. Currently a little too excitable.
When we started building WORKS we said we’d never build a device with moving parts. Then we built Tempo.
Tempo is an excitable timer that keeps track of anything. It's hands are controlled by an agent. Two weeks from launch, the hands keep jamming.
Can we fix it in time?

Preloaded with something useful, but ready for you to bring the weird.
Give someone a device that can do anything, and you’re asking them to invent a use for it. That's a challenge.
That’s why every @inanimate_tech WORKS device comes with a preloaded behaviour. Something to start with, wrapped in a familiar physical form to spark ideas, and then a cone of possibilities to explore.
This week, @kiransdm is dialling in pre-loads in London and I'm at MozFest in Barcelona with the @MozillaVentures team.
WORKS are our limited release of promptable products - personal AI devices that transform into whatever you can imagine. Launching: 19th November.
