1. Cannulate small CS branch with sheath/JR/0.14 wire
2. Exchange 0.14 wire with stiff 0.14 wire (eg. confianza) using microcatheter (eg finecross)
5. Perforate with stiff wire and put microcatheter into pericardium
6. Insufflate CO2 via microcatheter
