I was a cardiology resident at the time… I managed to walk in to the hospital by mid day and then I stayed at the hotel (now the Atlantica) for several days so I could be nearby. Lots of snow shoveling heart attacks!!!!

This storm was given the name White Juan.

Hey @HfxRegPolice yesterday I called your non emerg line around 4:30 to report a man who looked in distress standing on the side of the 102 outbound between lacewood and Kearney lake exits. The person told me she could not report without the exit numbers.
