am I being pedantic, or is this a terminological error in the Claude Constitution?

Anthropic clearly intend, but in my view fail, to refer to *philosophy of mind* here

"the theory of mind" is not a common usage, and "theory of mind" is a cog sci term for something different

Evelyn Waugh's Sword of Honour trilogy, based on his own experience in WW2, is very good on this point
