Worst thing about being a wheelchair user in London? Bus drivers.

The lift at Balham has AGAIN been out of service for several days. I am a wheelchair user and this has made the station completely unusable.

It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to leave a lift out of service for so long, and to allow it to break down so often.
