This was a TANK. 💣

But that’s not the impressive part…

🥎 Her turn to sit
🥎 Called to pinch hit
🥎 New opposing pitcher
🥎 FIRST PITCH
💣 ADIOS PELOTA

Stay engaged. Embrace your role. BE READY when your number is called.

Proud of you, @CheezeMejia. Let’s. Go. 🧀

I love quality receiving and the impact it has on a game.

It’s bigger than earning one strike. When hitters have to respect the edges, they protect more of the zone and chase pitches they might otherwise take. Pitchers work ahead, become more efficient, and prevent runs.

In a 3–2 game, that margin matters

⁉️Can you call this at-bat?⁉️

Working pitch sequencing + receiving.

🧀 P1: strike 1 looking
🧀 P2: foul — protect
🧀 P3: ball — expand low/away
🧀 P4: ꓘ — change speed, quick & smooth mitt, won the edge 😁

Are you getting this low & away strike⁉️

🧀 These pitches + an elite mitt move end at bats & win games!

@Kenzie18Jackson & I paralyzed a TOP Inferno team with this pitch! ꓘs, weak contact-missed barrels all game

I saw some of THESE in the WCWS.....

Let's prioritize receiving, the one tool a catcher brings that outweighs every. other. tool. They receive around 75% of ALL pitches!

How many times has one of THESE been a ball, then next pitch 💣😢?

Quick mitt
Efficient path
Hard brakes
More strikes / less pitches
Prevent the game changing hit

@Camurquhart99 | RHP/2B

Physics-defying movement. Barrel-missing stuff. Athleticism + speed.

Cam can disrupt a lineup from the circle, then help you win another way at 2B. Team-first, competitive, versatile — exactly the kind of multi-dimensional player championship rosters need.
